CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. However, when appointments are missed, it affects not only our business but also the opportunity for other clients who could have utilized that time slot.
To help us manage our schedule effectively, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Please be aware that cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a charge of 50% of the service cost. Failing to show up or call for your scheduled appointment without prior notification will result in 100% of the scheduled service cost.
A client with three cancellations or reschedules in a row risks being terminated from our practice.
Due to Glow Esthetics Skincare and Wellness limited availability we reserve the right to terminate clients from our practice if they reschedule or cancel 3 or more CONSECUTIVE appointments.
We advice to book an appointment when you are absolutely positive that you will be available.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
It is best to arrive 5 minutes before your schedule start time. Depending on circumstances, we may be forced to shorten or reschedule your service. As a courtesy to our other clients, those who arrive up to 15 minutes late, your facial will be shortened and end at the scheduled time. You will be charged in full for your scheduled treatment. Arrival more than fifteen minutes to your scheduled treatment start time will be considered as a cancellation, a 50% fee of your scheduled service will apply and we will need to reschedule you.
REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
Products: Products purchased in the studio, can only be returned under the following conditions:
The product must have the safety seal intact, it has to be unused, unopened, and has to be in its original packaging.
The product must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
Under these conditions, you will receive store credit (no cash) for the full purchase price.
Facial Treatments: Due to the physical and application nature of facial treatments, these services are not refundable.
