PAUSE POLICY:

1. Membership pauses are available after 6 consecutive months of active membership.
2. Minimum 30 days written notice required.
3. Maximum pause duration: 90 days.
4. Pause fee: $25/month during pause period.
5. Membership resumes automatically at the end of the approved pause period.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

To cancel, please submit written notice at least 30 days before your desired cancellation date, ideally no later than one month before your 6-month commitment concludes. Cancellation requests received outside this window will be processed at the next renewal cycle. No refunds are issued for the current billing period.

* Early cancellation will incur a fee of $240 for Essential Membership and $280 for Deluxe Membership.
